Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Please note that we can only process returns or exchanges for customers located within Australia, not for overseas customers. However, if you are an overseas customer and experience any issues with your items, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to offer you an appropriate solution.

When returning an item, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging and has not been worn.
  • All items, including jewellery pouches, must be protected in a secure place during the return process.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Pierced earring styles, for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale Items: All sale items purchased during sale periods are final. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items that have been marked down or red penned unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund. 
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers

How to return your items/s:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request Return."
  6. When your request is approved, you will be sent a shipping label. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. You may need to provide evidence of the fault, such as pictures or videos, if the sale items you received are faulty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

In the event that you return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card, you will receive a credit point refund instead of cash.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will refund you with store credit, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
